Partner Centers will change its offered services

Thank you for always being a valuable partner of Uber Eats.

From Nov 1st 2019, contents of our service and business days will be changed as follows.

English Support

English support will only be provided at Daimon and Yokohama Partner Centers .

* English support at Akihabara and Shinjuku Partner Centers will end on October 31, 2019.

Change of business days at

Akihabara Partner Center

Akihabara Partner Center will be open on weekdays and closed on weekends.

Business hours will remain the same, from 12:00PM to 7:00PM.

Change of support at

Shinjuku Partner Center

Shinjuku Partner Center will only register new delivery partners. For existing delivery partners who need assistance, please visit Daimon and Yokohama Partner Centers for English support.

Please note that we will no longer be able to provide one-on-one support, and will only have group sessions at Shinjuku Partner Center.

Reception will begin 15 minutes prior to each session.
