－當你按下「確認接單」後：需要立即前往餐廳取餐並立即出發前往食客地址完成訂單

－查看取餐指示 ：如果在尋找餐廳時出現困難，請查看取餐指示或致電行程支援熱線

－使用效率最高的路線：運用Google地圖找出前往餐廳及食客地址的最佳路線

Uber Eats always puts customer service quality in our first place, we make sure restaurant and delivery partners are providing best-quality service to our eaters. In addition to the order acceptance rate and completion rate, you are also required to meet our delivery time quality standard.


It is important to arrive at restaurants on time and deliver the meal as quickly as possible to avoid order cancellation.


If your on-road time for pickup or dropoff are constantly longer than expected (e.g. staying at the same spot or taking unreasonable detour), you will be warned and if no improvement is observed, your Uber Eats driver partner account might be temporarily disabled


Here are some few tips for a 5-star delivery:

- After you click "Accept" button:  Start the trip right after you click "Accept" and click "Complete Trip" right after you deliver the meal

- Review pick up instructions: Double check the pick-up instructions in case you have difficulty in finding the restaurant. Reach out to our support hotline if needed.

- Use the most efficient route: Use Google Map to find the most optimal route to the restaurant for your mode to transport
