Thanks for starting your Uber profile, we're excited you've chosen to partner with us! There are a few steps before you can start driving with Uber but we're here to help walk you through the process. Let's start with your Class 4 licence.

  

Getting a Class 4 Licence

To drive with Uber, you need to have a valid Class 1, 2, or 4 (restricted or unrestricted) driver’s licence. Start getting yours as soon as possible as it can take a bit of time to complete.

Complete the following steps to get a Class 4 licence:

Written Test

Road Test & Pre-trip Inspection

Medical Exam (Must be completed within 45 days of receiving the form)

If you already have a valid Class 1, 2, or 4 (restricted or unrestricted) licence, upload it to your driver profile so you’re ahead of the game.

Owner’s Certificate of Insurance and Registration
